- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup sour cream, room temperature
- ⅔ cup whole milk, room temperature
- 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract

- In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt.
