Perfect I made it today and it was wonderful
This is off the chain!!!
I used leftover crawfish & corn from a Mother’s Day boil along with imitation crab meat. The stock was made from boiling the crawfish heads & shucked corn cobs. Then followed recipe directions. Absolutely the best corn & crab bisque Ever !!
I thought it was good, my friends said it was GREAT!!! I followed the recipe loosely, still it was good!!! I used lobster stock.
Friends coming to dinner. Couldn’t find the Yummly recipe I have enjoyed before. Went with it and everything was superb. Followed this loosely. Used 1/2 the suggested seafood stock and 1 1/2 times the suggested chicken broth. The vegetables were divine!! Didn’t do celery. Used the recommended heavy cream and added pint 1/2 & 1/2.
