Get ready to spice things up with Buffalo Fried Gator! Created by Chef Jean Paul Bourgeois of Duck Camp Dinners, this crispy, golden-fried alligator tail is marinated in Slap Ya Mama Cajun Hot Sauce, white pepper, and milk for maximum flavor and tenderness. Double-dredged in seasoned flour and fried to perfection, each bite is tossed in Slap Ya Mama Buffalo Sauce for a zesty, mouthwatering kick. Finished with a sprinkle of Slap Ya Mama Seafood Boil for that extra pop, this dish is a game-changer for game day or any Southern feast.

Instructions

Whisk together eggs, milk, hot sauce, and 1T of white pepper blend until well mixed

    Marinated your cubed alligator meat in the milk mixture for at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours.

      Get your grease hot 350 degrees

        Strain your alligator meat from the marinade

          Toss your meat into your seasoned flour until well coated. Remove from flour and Set aside in the refrigerator

            When your grease is hot and you are ready to fry, re toss your alligator chunks in the flour and fry immediately.

              Once your fried alligator begins to float, remove from the grease and add to stainless steal mixing bowl.

                Liberally coat your fried pieces with SYM buffalo sauce and remove from your bowl onto a plate

                  Sprinkle a pinch of seafood boil over the top for touch more “pop”
