In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper; cook, stirring frequently, until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add crabmeat and garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add bourbon; cook until liquid is reduced, about 2 minutes.
Fold crabmeat mixture into cream cheese mixture. Transfer to prepared pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake until mixture is hot and bubbly and cheese is light golden brown, about 24 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with green onion, if desired. Serve with pita chips.
Chef Elliott Wilson regularly travels to New Orleans which inspired his Muffuletta Egg Rolls. An original New Orleans Muffuletta is a sandwich on round Italian bread, with cold cuts, cheese, and olive salad. Elliot really took this dish to the next level by turning them into Egg Rolls!
Mix 1 cup pitted brine-cured black olives, sliced 1 cup large pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons minced yellow onion, 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery, 2 tablespoons minced fresh flat-leaf parsley, Juice of 1 lemon, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 ½ teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Cajun Seasoning and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Lay the Eggroll paper like a diamond. Place meat, and cheese in the middle. Then add the creole olive salad (see picture to see location).

Ingredients
1(16-ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 15 (1-cup) gratin dishes with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together cooked pasta and butter until melted. Add crawfish, pimentos, cheeses, milk, eggs, Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Cajun Seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, and Slap Ya Mama Hot Cajun Seasoning. Divide macaroni mixture among prepared dishes, and smooth tops with a spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes. Top each portion with crushed crackers, and bake till edges are bubbly, about 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.

Pre-heat 2 stovetop pans at medium and prep each pan with a very light coating of butter
Pre-cook 4 strips of bacon
Very lightly coat the bread in the step 1 bread batter. Similar to cooking French toast sear both sides until done then add 2 slices of Swiss & American cheese, 2 slices of bacon, 2 pickles, 2 Roma tomato slices, a few dashes Of Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Cajun Seasoning. Turn sandwiching over at 1 min per side until cheese is melted and golden brown on both sides of bread.
Garnish sandwich with your Bloody Mary toppings of choice. Aaron likes to garnish with a sliced grape tomato, a green olive, a sweet petite pickle, salami, picked okra, Gouda, and a sausage link.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add butter and onions; sauté until translucent. Increase heat to medium-high, add ground meat and sauté, making sure to cook meat until it is no longer pink. In the same saucepan, add jalapeños, basil, Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Seasoning, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
While sauce is simmering, boil pasta according to package instructions but only cook pasta until it’s al dente*. Drain and set aside.
Once sauce has finished simmering, remove from heat and stir in pesto. Add pasta shells to sauce and mix gently until sauce and pasta are well mixed.
In a 2.5 quart, oven-safe dish, add half of pasta and sauce to the bottom of the dish. Layer half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, followed by the remaining pasta and sauce. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Top with fresh basil leaves and more Parmesan, serve and enjoy!
4 slices sourdough bread, slices no thicker than a ½ inch
4 Tbsp butter, softened or spreadable
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 Tbsp of butter. Add onions and 1 tsp of Slap Ya Mama Low Sodium Blend Seasoning. Stirring consistently, sauté onions until they are golden brown and soft. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate.
Using the same skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside on a paper towel covered plate to let drain.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Slap Ya Mama Cajun Pepper Sauce and ½ tsp of Slap Ya Mama Low Sodium Blend Seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
Sandwich Assembly: Spread mayo mixture on the inside of each slice of bread. Working from the bottom slice up, add 4 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of cheese, onions, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 more slices of cheese and top with a slice of bread. Using softened butter, spread 1 Tbsp of butter on the outside of the top slice of bread.
In a skillet over medium-low heat, place sandwich butter side down. Butter the top side of the sandwich with another 1 Tbsp and continue grilling sandwich on both sides until the bread is golden brown and the inside of the sandwich is ooey gooey with melted cheese.
Using a sharp serrated knife, cut sandwich in half and enjoy.
NOTE: This recipe will make 2 large grilled cheese sandwiches due to the fact that we used larger than normal slices of bread. If using regular sized slices of bread, this recipe may make 4 sandwiches total.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a fork, pierce each sweet potato a few times and place on a large baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until soft. Allow potatoes to cool slightly. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise.
Reduce oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a spoon, scoop out the meat of the sweet potato, making sure to leave a thin layer of sweet potato inside. Place the scooped out part of the sweet potatoes into a medium sized bowl. Place the potato skins back on the baking sheet face up, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
In the bowl of sweet potatoes, add half & half, butter, Slap Ya Mama and jalapeños. Mix well, making sure to mash potatoes until they are smooth and creamy. Once the skins have baked for 10 minutes, remove from oven and fill each half with equal amounts of the mashed sweet potato mixture. Mix the two cheeses together and top each potato skin with cheese. Place back in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven, generously top with bacon, a dollop of sour cream and chives. Serve hot and enjoy!
