Our products are available for purchase in stores across the United States, Canada, UK, Mexico, Paris, Australia, and other locations. Use our Store Locator to find a store near you.
If you can't find our products in your local grocery store, don't worry! Just make a request to the store manager and they will likely fulfill it.

I received my seasoning I ordered, but my shirt wasn’t in the package?
No worries, apparel is shipped separately and packages may arrive on different dates. Checkout our Shipping Policy for more information.
My order arrived damaged in shipment, how do I proceed?
If your order was damaged in shipment, please email pictures and your order number to info@slapyamama.com and we will gladly fix this order.
If your order was from a third party vendor (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) please reach out to them.
I bought a product from a store near me and it is damaged/not good, can you replace it?
Unfortunately, since you did not purchase directly from us we cannot replace the product. You will need you to contact the store you bought it from and let them know what is going on.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, We have no control over the additional charges associated with the delivery and importation outside of the US. We do not benefit in any way from those charges. Also, we sell most of our products on Amazon US.

Are your products gluten-free?
Our seasonings, hot sauces and wing sauces are gluten-free.
Is Slap Ya Mama made in a facility that handles nuts or dairy?
Yes, the products are made in a facility that handles nuts and dairy. With that being said, the machines are thoroughly cleaned before and after each batch.
Are your products vegan and vegetarian?
All of our seasonings and hot sauces are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
What is your hottest and mildest seasoning?
The Hot Cajun Seasoning is the spiciest out of our seasonings and the Original Cajun Seasoning is the mildest.
Do your products contain MSG?
No, our products do not contain MSG.
I have X pounds of crawfish. How many pounds of Seafood Boil do I need?
We recommend a 4lb bag of seafood boil for a 33-35lb sack of crawfish.
Do the hot sauces and wing sauces need to be refrigerated after opening? Also, what about the fish fry?
The hot sauces do not need to be refrigerated after opening, they can be left out on your kitchen counter. The wing sauces do not need to be refrigerated but we just like to refrigerate ours! This applies to the Cajun Fish Fry as well. It is your choice of whether you would like to refrigerate them or not. Â You just want to make sure that it doesn't get too hot where you are leaving the product out.Â
Do you clean your seafood?
Yes, we would recommend it. However, it depends where you purchase it from as a lot of seafood is preserved with salt.

We have a team that takes care of our Amazon. Wholesalers will not be approved if their main channel of sales is Amazon, Jet, eBay or any other similar website or outlet.
