Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When free shipping is selected it takes 10-12 business days for delivery.

Orders are not processed on weekends and/or holidays. Apparel is shipped separately and packages may arrive on different dates.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Slap Ya Mama ships to P.O. Box addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and all APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been processed and shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Slap Ya Mama is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Slap Ya Mama is not liable for any lost package during shipping. If you feel as though your order is lost, please contact Slap Ya Mama via email info@slapyamama.com or by phone (800)485-5217 and we will work diligently to help you find your order. Please note: Some items ship separately and packages may arrive on different dates.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please contact our Customer Care team via email info@slapyamama.com or by phone (800)485-5217 within 7 days of delivery. Please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.

Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.

Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm. We are closed on the weekends.

International Shipping Policy

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to important duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. We have no control of the additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your product. We do not benefit in any way from these charges.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during delivery of packages. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected for review by your country’s Custom Department or Agency.
